Property Solicitor, NQ – 5 years PQE, £40,000 to £60,000, Nottinghamshire
This is a well-established and growing law firm seeking a skilled Residential & Commercial Property Solicitor to join their busy property department. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a varied caseload across both residential conveyancing and commercial property matters, with strong support and clear career progression.
Responsibilities
* Manage your own mixed caseload of residential and commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion, while delivering high‑quality client service and contributing to the continued growth of the department.
* Handle a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new builds.
* Manage commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leases and landlord‑and‑tenant matters.
* Draft and negotiate contracts, leases and other legal documentation.
* Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and third parties throughout transactions and advise clients on property risks, compliance and legal obligations.
* Desirable qualities include experience with high‑value or complex commercial transactions, an existing client following (advantageous but not essential), familiarity with case‑management systems and an interest in business development and networking.
