Responsibilities
* Be the main point of contact for tenants, maintaining a positive attitude and helpful approach.
* Provide administrative support to the Repairs and Maintenance service.
Key requirements
* Good phone communication skills – polite, calm, and able to ask questions to understand the nature of the call.
