A leading London-based social care provider is seeking an experienced Systems Accountant to take ownership of their Unit4 ERP system at a pivotal stage of transformation. With Unit4 going live in April 2026, this role will play a critical part in final-stage implementation and then transition into the ongoing system lead post go-live. This is a high-visibility role bridging Finance and IT within a values-led, mission-driven organisation. The Role Reporting to the Head of Accounting & Reporting, you will: Support final implementation of Unit4 ERP modules Lead data migration validation and UAT support Deliver user training and embed system best practice Become the internal SME and primary contact for Unit4 Own system performance, upgrades, and troubleshooting Develop reporting dashboards to enhance financial insight Strengthen controls and optimise finance processes Drive continuous system and reporting improvements This is an opportunity to move beyond BAU finance and take genuine ownership of a business-critical ERP platform. Candidate Profile We are looking to speak with candidates who have: Proven experience supporting or administering Unit4 Experience in ERP implementation or system upgrades Strong financial accounting knowledge and part-qualified accountant Experience with data migration and UAT Housing, social care, public sector or not-for-profit background is highly desirable Why This Role?
