Spa Receptionist Location: Serenity Spa at Seaham Hall, County Durham Salary: To be discussed at interview share of service charge (approx. £2,000 per year for full-time team members) Hours: Up to 24 per week (0-hour contract) across shifts between 6am–10:30pm, including weekends and bank holidays Reporting to: Spa Supervisor, Treatment Manager, Assistant Spa Manager & Spa Director Seaham Hall, home to the award-winning Serenity Spa, is seeking a passionate and service-driven Spa Receptionist to join our dedicated team. This is a key front-of-house role at the heart of the guest journey, where you will create exceptional first impressions and deliver a seamless, five-star spa experience from arrival through to departure. The Role As Spa Receptionist, you will be the primary point of contact for our guests, ensuring every interaction is warm, professional, and personalised. You will manage bookings, support daily operations, and confidently promote our treatments and experiences.
