Senior Systems Administrator | VMware Expert

We’re looking for a highly experienced Senior Systems Administrator to take the lead on managing and optimising our IT infrastructure — with a strong focus on VMware, automation, and enterprise-grade system performance.


What You’ll Be Doing

* Administer and monitor enterprise systems, ensuring high availability
* Lead and manage a VMware virtualised environment: upgrades, provisioning, and performance tuning
* Automate infrastructure using tools like Ansible, PowerShell, or Bash
* Implement robust backup and disaster recovery strategies
* Enforce security measures, conduct audits, and ensure compliance
* Troubleshoot complex system issues and support continuous improvement
* Document system configurations and generate performance reports



What You’ll Bring

1. 6+ years in systems administration or infrastructure engineering
2. Expert-level VMware experience (upgrade, provisioning, tuning)
3. Strong skills in Ansible and other automation/scripting tools
