The Role
A Good-rated secondary school in Redditch is seeking a skilled and motivated Maths Teacher to join their department from February 2026 on a supply basis. The role involves teaching Mathematics across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering structured lessons that develop problem-solving skills and secure strong GCSE outcomes.
You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing pupil progress, and maintaining high expectations for behaviour and achievement. This opportunity is well suited to both experienced teachers and ECTs looking to gain consistent classroom experience within a supportive setting.
The Candidate

7. Hold QTS (or be an ECT)
8. Have experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4
9. Be confident delivering GCSE-aligned content

11. Be organised, dependable, and committed to pupil progress
