<div><p>Social Media Manager, Chelmsford | £35,000‑£40,000 Basic DOE | Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm</p><p>Are you obsessed with social media, audience growth and creating content that drives engagement?</p><p>Were representing one of the UK’s fastest‑growing entrepreneurial coaching and training businesses — a high‑performance brand with a massive online audience, a huge library of premium content assets, and ambitious plans for rapid growth across social and digital platforms.</p><h3>Role</h3><p>As Social Media Manager, you’ll take ownership of the company’s social media presence, developing and executing platform‑specific strategies that increase reach, engagement, brand awareness and audience growth.</p><p>Working closely with the founder and media team, you’ll manage content planning, campaign execution, performance analysis and community engagement across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Develop and execute social media strategies across all key platforms</li><li>Manage the social content calendar and publishing schedule</li><li>Repurpose long‑form podcasts, interviews and speaking content into engaging short‑form media</li><li>Create and oversee LinkedIn posts, carousels, educational content and branded assets</li><li>Collaborate with editors and creatives to produce high‑performing content</li><li>Monitor trends, identify viral opportunities and recommend platform‑native content formats</li><li>Analyse performance metrics and optimise content based on data and insights</li><li>Increase organic reach, engagement and audience growth across all major channels</li><li>Manage community engagement and audience interaction</li><li>Maintain brand consistency and quality across all content</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>3+ years’ experience in social media management, content marketing or digital marketing</li><li>Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube</li><li>Proven track record of growing social media audiences and engagement</li><li>Experience managing content calendars and social campaigns</li><li>Strong copywriting and storytelling skills</li><li>Excellent organisational and project management abilities</li><li>Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment</li></ul><h3>Bonus Points</h3><ul><li>Experience working with personal brands, podcasts or creators</li><li>Knowledge of viral content strategy and organic growth</li><li>Experience using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite or similar tools</li><li>Background in business, education or entrepreneurial brands</li></ul></div>
