About you
Are you an organised and proactive individual looking for an exciting opportunity to support a growing, vibrant hospitality company in London
Responsibilities include:

* Organise the day to day running of Head Office
* Phone answering
* Emails
* Updating company databases
* Managing the efficient ordering of office supplies
* Managing the daily incoming and outgoing post
* Recruit for Head Office
* Management of the estates keys and vehicles
* Prompt and accurate filing
* Act as liaison with contractors, suppliers and clients as requested to book appointments, send communication emails, and chase for updates or quotations
* Support booking events
* General administration and Office Management and ad hoc activities to support the Head Office team as required
What you will bring to the role...
* Office Management / Team assistant experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* IT proficient across Microsoft programmes
* Helpful, adaptable and friendly
* Ability to work on the weekends
You will be working from our Head Office location in Forest Hill with some travel to our sites based in London on the weekends
