A bank that’s empowering its people to innovate, explore possibilities and grow with purpose.## **What you'll do:*** Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of automated programme delivery approach, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and strategic priorities.* Utilise digital tools and platforms to create, iterate, and manage programme plans, executive reporting status updates and dashboards, enabling real-time tracking of progress, risks, and dependencies.* Provide regular, data-driven progress updates to the Group Director and senior leadership, highlighting achievements, risks, and mitigation actions.* Build and nurture collaborative relationships with the leadership team, ensuring clear communication and alignment.* Lead and empower direct reports through clear objectives, coaching and feedback.## ## **What you'll need:*** Proven experience in programme or delivery management, ideally within a complex, outcome-focused environment.* Excellent organisational skills, including ability to navigate multiple project portfolios simultaneously across a complex team and organisational structure.* Strong track record of designing and managing automated programme plans using digital tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, SharePoint / OneDrive, Mural, Tableau, Power BI).Coding and development experience is a plus* Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.* Inspires others by establishing rapport and gaining commitment through strong personal identity.
