What You'll Be Doing:
As a Care & Support Team Member, you'll be a lifeline to those who wish to continue living safely and confidently at home. Your visits aren't just about helping with day-to-day tasks; they're about preventing decline and empowering clients to stay independent.
Your role may include:
* Preparing meals and drinks, ensuring good nutrition
* Supporting medication and safe mobility
* Encouraging healthy habits and activity to maintain strength and wellbeing
* Offering companionship and reassurance
* Helping with light housework and personal care, if needed
* Spotting small changes early to prevent bigger health issues later
Every visit is an opportunity to help someone stay well and feel in control of their life.
What We're Looking For:
* A UK driving licence and your own car
* The right to work in the UK
* A kind, dependable, and empathetic nature (experience is a bonus, not a must)
* Availability for 7am–3pm and/or 3pm–10pm shifts
* Flexibility to work alternate weekends
