Key Responsibilities
1. Install and commission machine tools and related equipment at customer sites;
2. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities;
3. Diagnose technical and mechanical/electrical issues and provide effective solutions;
4. Carry out machine inspections, testing, and performance checks;
5. Support customers during machine start-up and production ramp-up phases;
6. Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting both on-site and remotely;
7. Complete service reports and technical documentation accurately and on time;
8. Collaborate with internal departments for spare parts, technical support, and service planning;
9. Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures during all service activities;
10. Support customer training activities related to machine operation and basic maintenance;
11. Maintain a professional relationship with customers during service interventions;
12. Travel regularly across the UK and occasionally abroad if required.
