Catering Assistant – Corporate Catering

We are recruiting a Catering Assistant to support a professional corporate catering operation based in Edinburgh city centre. This is a structured, fast-paced environment where reliability and professionalism are essential.
Duties include:
* Assisting with food preparation and service
* Serving customers in a corporate dining environment
* Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen and front-of-house areas
* Following food hygiene, health & safety, and allergen procedures
* Supporting the wider catering team as required
Requirements:
* Previous catering or hospitality experience preferred
* Basic food hygiene knowledge
* Professional, reliable, and well presented
* Able to work efficiently in a corporate environment
Compliance Requirements (Mandatory):
* Right to Work in the UK (checked on induction)
* Basic DBS check
* Either:
o Proof of employment history via the Government Gateway, or
o An employment or character reference covering the last 12 months
