Responsibilities
* Provide on-site IT support to clients
* Travel to client sites, generally within walking distance of the office
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and cloud platforms.
* Carry out scheduled and ad-hoc site visits, ensuring client systems are secure, up-to-date, and aligned with best practices.
* Deliver excellent customer service through professional, timely, and empathetic interactions.
* Identify opportunities for service improvement and share feedback with the wider team.
* Stay current with Microsoft certifications and emerging technologies.
Requirements
* 3-5 years' service desk experience
* Previously worked for an MSP or had the opportunity to go to various client sites
* Windows & Mac troubleshooting experience
* Office 365, with experience supporting Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune.
* Windows server elements including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
* Troubleshoot and configure networking technologies such as WIFI, Firewalls & Routers
* Exposure to Azure Virtual Desktops desirable
* Following certs are desirable: MD-102, MS-700, CompTIA A+, Network+
