Talent Acquisition Team Leader Europe w Stanley Black & Decker, Inc.

Purpose of Position

To be the Shopper Marketing Manager for DEWALT EMEA ANZ, driving the development and execution of best-in-class marketing initiatives that influence shopper behavior and drive conversion at the point of purchase, both in-store and online.

Accountability

* Shopper Insights: Analyse shopper data and trends to understand motivations, barriers, and triggers
* Campaign Development: Own development, delivery and analysis shopper-focused marketing campaigns across EMEA ANZ
* Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional internal teams and partner agencies to ensure campaigns align with brand objectives and regional needs
* Point-of-Sale Materials: Lead creation and coordination of all POS merchandising & visual requests to enhance shopper engagement for the region
* Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of shopper marketing activities
* Retailer Relationships: Support the management of relationships with key regional retail partners regarding shopper marketing initiatives

Skills & Knowledge Required

* Degree or professional marketing qualifications
* Shopper Marketing Experience; must be able to demonstrate experience working on shopper-focused marketing campaigns, from insights and planning to implementation and analysis
* Experience of working with external agencies
* Ability to manage a wide range of stakeholders and manage upwards
* Pan-European experience would be advantageous
* Fluent English, beneficial to speak any other European language
* Self-motivation – not all hours are spent in the office
* Creative approach to campaign development & problem solving
* Task ownership and natural ability to lead – proactivity
* Ability to multi-task several programmes & projects with cross functional teams
* Excellent communication skills – ability to communicate with all levels both internally and externally
* Time management - ability to work at speed and respect deadlines
* Teamwork – essential when working within SBD’s matrix structure
* Ability to travel - Travel expected across Europe, possibly beyond
* Driving License

Key Relationships

* Central Brand and Local regional teams. Must build relationships with core central brand team alongside local regional teams across various marketing functions across all focus countries. Understanding each individual region and working with regional experts is crucial to success and forms a major part of the role.
* Product Commercialization Team. Must have a strong working relationship with the team. Working together through solutions planning, forecasting, launch windows and beyond. relationship is crucial to communicating our products clearly to our end users.
* Other internal SBD functions. One of the great parts of this role is the wide variety of touch points within our business. Expect to liaise with people in wide ranging functions. including finance, supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, IT, legal, sales and more
* External Agencies. These relationships include account management teams, producers, planners, creative teams, insights, craftspeople and more. You need to be able to clearly communicate a brief and follow it through to completion.
