Michael Page Finance are delighted to be exclusively partnering a leading Consumer Goods brand based near Staines.Established in the 1980s the group turnover ~£200m and are a leading consumer products business. The business have some key partnerships as well as sell products via concessions and travel retail and are focused on manufacturing, high quality, innovative and sustainable products across their portfolio.Reporting to the CFO, the Finance Director will lead the EMEA Region.
Job Description
The EMEA Finance Director will be responsible for:
3. Develop and execute the EMEA Financial Strategy
4. Lead, develop and mentor the finance department (circa 14 FTE)
5. Provide financial leadership and value add
6. Leading the budget and forecast process
7. Financial reporting, KPI development and analysis
8. Statutory reporting under UKGAAP, USGAAP and IFRS
9. Manage 3rd party relationships
10. Ensure SOX compliance - internal and external audit
11. Manage working capital (drive improvements)
12. Key business partner to commercial teams supporting decision making and pricing
13. Strategic projects
The Successful Applicant
The EMEA Finance Director will be:
14. ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or equivalent).
15. Strong knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and multi-country compliance requirements.
16. Proven track record in FP&A, strategic planning, and business partnering.
17. Experience in SOX compliance and internal controls within a US-based multinational environment.
18. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
19. Ability to lead in a matrix organisation and manage complexity across multiple geographies.
