We are currently looking for an experienced and proactive medical secretary to join the Child Health Admin Team across Wrexham and Flintshire. The candidate will be enthusiastic and highly motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The role will be to provide a comprehensive range of secretarial and administration duties to the Eating Disorder Team within the CAMHS department, helping to make a positive impact on the lives of young people who access this service. Duties include, but are not limited to, booking patient appointments, communicating with the public and stakeholders over the phone, typing appointment letters, and sending these out accurately and efficiently. This is an exciting new role and an excellent opportunity for the right individual.
This position requires someone who is a team player, flexible, organized, and able to work well under pressure. It also requires excellent communication skills, the ability to meet the demands of a busy environment, and professionalism in representing the department.
Welsh language skills are desirable; applicants who speak Welsh and/or English are equally welcome to apply.
