R9 are seeking a Contracts Manager for one of our established clients. They will be responsible for the efficient delivery of contracts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and profitability.
Salary: 61k + 10% Bonus

* Monitor contract performance and meet KPIs
* Manage resources and ensure compliance
* Oversee quality, safety, and environmental standards
* Lead and mentor Contract Supervisors and support staff
* Ensure works meet agreed specifications and standards
Requirements
* Knowledge of building maintenance and repairs
* Trade background preferred
* Certifications: IOSH, CSCS, SMSTS, Scaffold Management
* Full UK driving licence
* Clean DBS
