You Will Be
* Passionate about the public health agenda, can adopt a ‘think family’ approach to your interventions & a desire to improve health outcomes for children & young people.
* A current NMC registrant, or due to register with NMC as a newly qualified nurse or midwife prior to the start of the course & meet the academic requirements of the university, 50% of your time being academic study & 50% being practice experience within our health visiting teams.
* Able to commit to the 52 weeks of the course (and timetabled annual leave) at University of Hertfordshire.
* you will be offered a School nurse post within one of the Healthy Child Programme Services in the trust upon successful completion of the course.
* Webinars to support with your application –2nd May, 14:00-15:00, and 7th May 13:30-14:30. To book a place applicants need to email ccs.trainingandeducation@nhs.net The link will be sent the day before the event
