What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting the day-to-day management of client accounts with a strong focus on service and retention
* Building trusted relationships with clients by understanding their goals and delivering value
* Working closely with the sales team to uncover upsell opportunities and support growth
* Using CRM tools like Salesforce to monitor activity, report performance, and manage communications
* Preparing internal and client-facing reports, proposals, and performance updates
* Attending client meetings, presenting insights, and contributing to account strategy
* Assisting senior leadership with planning and execution across the wider account portfolio
What We're Looking For
* Some experience in a customer-facing, sales, or account support role
* Confidence with systems like Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus
* Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
* Analytical mindset – able to review data and spot opportunities or risks
