Preferred Requirements:
Proficiency in finance-related tasks, including raising invoices for recruitment services and processing timesheets for contractor workers
Expertise in setting up contractors with compliance documentation and maintaining IR35 compliance
Excellent skills in using Excel and CRM systems, such as Jobadder, to keep records up-to-date and generate reports for the Head of Recruitment
Ability to chase and update purchase orders from customers, ensuring efficient communication and timely responses
Strong administrative and organizational skills to support the overall activities of the recruitment company Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant experience in an administrative or finance-related role, preferably within the recruitment or professional services industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
A proactive and detail-oriented approach to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations
