Job Description
THIS ROLE IS UK BASED AND THE RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK WILL NEED TO BE ESTABLISHED AS PART OF THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS. We are not sponsoring VISA applications at this time.

Duties include:
* Reflect the core values of Home Instead
* Contribute to a positive living environment to enhance a client’s quality of life
* Document daily activities and report any significant changes in a client’s needs or living conditions
* Maintain regular communication with line manager and office staff
* Provide companionship, ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction
* Assist with home help tasks such as meal preparation and light housework
* Accompany clients to appointments, local activities, or shopping
* Support clients with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming to maintain health and independence
Qualifications
* Willingness to travel to clients' homes
* Full DBS check required
* No care qualifications or formal experience needed; training provided
* Experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer, or caring for a loved one is a plus
