Sales Account Manager - Northern England

This role isTo ensure that all personal sales objectives are achieved/exceeded by driving sales through theexisting customer base and new business opportunities.
We’re looking for a driven, dynamic and results-focused Sales Account Manager to join our Northern Sales team. In this field-based role, you’ll build strong customer relationships, uncover new opportunities, and play a key part in expanding Annodata’s market presence. If you love meeting clients, winning new business, and working with a passionate team, this could be the perfect fit for you.
What you’ll be doing:
* Promote and sell our full product and service range to existing and new customers.
* Win new business by targeting competitor accounts and growing our market share.
* Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions that support long-term partnerships.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships through meetings, calls and emails.
* Actively engage users in your territory to grow and upgrade our existing MIF.
* Keep account profiles and reviews accurate and up to date.
* Meet targets across customer contact, competitive account activity, forecasting and sales cycle management.
* Attend weekly meetings, 1:1s and monthly reviews.
* Work collaboratively across the Kyocera UK Group and with Pre/Post-Sales Consultants.
* Respond quickly to customer queries and resolve issues effectively.
* Ensure customers receive full product training.
* Follow all company procedures and uphold our ethical and quality standards.
