Responsibilities:
* Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial clients, providing exceptional service and building strong relationships
* Handle renewals & mid-term adjustments
* Work closely with internal teams and directors to ensure seamless client service
* Identify and develop growth opportunities within the existing book
* Maintain accurate records and adhere to compliance regulations
Requirements:
* Experience as a Commercial Account Handler
* Strong technical knowledge across various commercial lines
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
