Chef de Partie – Experienced, All Sections, Competitive Salary + Tips – Bristol
Riverstation is seeking a skilled, hands-on Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchens. Work across two restaurants and two kitchens, including small plates & sharing boards and our upstairs elevated restaurant, serving daily brunch, lunch, and dinner. Our kitchens feature top-end dry agers – giving you the chance to work with premium, perfectly aged meats.

You Will:
7. Run all sections confidently: meat, fish, and sauce
8. Deliver high-quality, consistent dishes across all menus
9. Assist in menu development for brunch, small plates, and upstairs restaurant offerings
10. Maintain organisation, hygiene, and teamwork under pressure
Requirements:
11. Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy, high-standard kitchen
12. Strong skills across all sections: meat, fish, sauce
13. Creativity, reliability, and ability to work under pressure
