The Security Controller plays a vital supporting role in maintaining a safe and secure environment at the Resort by assisting the Security and Incident Manager in overseeing daily safety operations and emergency response strategies. This position is responsible for ensuring that safety systems and protocols are operational, incidents are documented and managed effectively, and communication during emergencies is coordinated seamlessly.
The controller will work closely with the emergency response teams, monitoring safety systems, supporting incident management, and ensuring the readiness of safety resources. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle high-pressure situations, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and provide crucial support during crises. The Public Safety Controller will help execute the Resort's safety vision by ensuring real-time monitoring of incidents, assisting in the coordination of resources, and maintaining safety documentation to support effective decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate will have experience in public safety, emergency management, or a related field. This includes experience in monitoring safety systems (e.g., CCTV, fire alarms, and public address systems) and providing operational support during emergency responses. Experience in incident management, reporting, and coordination across teams is essential, as is the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks during high-stress situations. Familiarity with emergency protocols, risk assessments, and compliance with safety regulations will be critical in ensuring that the Resort's safety standards are consistently maintained.
