What You'll Do
* Store Manager based at Aberdeen Bridge Of Don, responsible for managing the branch 40 hours per week within store hours of 7 AM to 8 PM.
* Deliver a great customer experience and drive sales through exceptional service.
* Assist the team by checking and unpacking deliveries, opening and closing the store, stocking shelves, cleaning, and fulfilling orders.
* Encourage a positive mindset and build a culture of feedback, praise and recognition.
* Build relationships within the team, support their development, and ensure customers leave with everything they need.
* Coach, motivate, and engage the team, leading from the front to create a great workplace.
* Maintain high product availability and branch standards while fostering a fun working environment.
