You'll initially be working out of our Enfield depot while our brand-new build, state-of-the-art permanent site in Biggleswade is being completed —but once it's ready, that's where you'll rise and shine.

What You'll Be Doing?
As a Warehouse Team Member, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth, efficient processes while upholding our reputation for exceptional service. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Safety First: You will take responsibility for putting safety first and always behave in a manner that ensures your own safety and that of others.
* Team Support: You will provide basic support and guidance within the team, leading by example.
* Compliance: You will comply with all relevant Health, Safety, Environment, and Food Safety standards and working practices.
* Equipment Operation: You will take responsibility for operating a wide range of equipment across the operation to deliver site standards.
* Quality Service: You will follow site processes and procedures to ensure safe and efficient operations, supporting the accurate handling and movement of goods to deliver unbeatable quality service.

Essential Ingredients
* Willing to work a flexible shift pattern, including nights, weekends, and Bank Holidays
* Ideally previous experience in a similar role within FMCG
* Good written and verbal skills with a good level of numeracy
* Ability to work safely and consider the safety of others
* Demonstrates attention to detail with a focus on Quality and Health & Safety
