BioTalent are delighted to partner with a leading public research university in their search for a Director, Clinical Operations. This will work on a pioneering, international research programme utilizing digital technologies and AI to support promote improved health outcomes for mothers and babies. Your responsibilities will include: Managing relationships with consortium partners, carrying out site visits to ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory frameworks in partner countries Stakeholder relationship management of commercial partners Establishing long term programme goals, including planning of design and delivery, milestones, forecasting budgets and metrics to monitor progress Governance of the programme from a strategic and operational perspective, including day to day execution of decisions and contracts Manage programme financials, including budget forecasting and expenditure Establish protocols and coordinate activities across teams to promote effective quality assurance and the integrity of the programme Ensure governance, risk, data and performance management Direct the clinical trial operations manager to foster effective and compliant trial management, ensuring documentation is up to date and audit-ready Identify business development opportunities, contributing to proposals and applications Establish and maintain strategic relationships with senior stakeholders from other partner organisations, which will include government bodies, regulators, universities, healthcare organisations and industry partners.
