We are seeking a Senior IT Associate to provide first-line support for IT‑related issues and lead the maintenance of our technical infrastructure. This full‑time, on‑site role is based at our Nuneaton warehouse (UIC).
What you’ll be doing
* Providing first‑line support for all IT‑related issues via Slack, Email, tickets or in‑person.
* Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues for employees across the business, primarily focusing on warehouse technologies.
* Providing training and support to end users to ensure they are confident with our internal tools.
* Managing asset tooling, keeping our asset management platform accurate and up‑to‑date.
* Maintaining the knowledge base by creating and updating articles to empower self‑service support.
* Collaborating with IT staff and cross‑functional engineering squads to resolve high‑level technical blockers.
* Supporting the printing of greeting cards and leaflets where required.
* Staying up‑to‑date on new technologies and industry best practices to improve our internal systems.
* Travelling every other month to another site via car.
