As a critical part of the Operations E&U Team, the Implementation Team Manager is responsible for supporting the successful delivery of the transformation programme, coordinating operational activities and ensuring effective adoption of the client’s operating model within the relevant teams. This role reports directly to the Implementation Lead. This role is a p ermanent position. Contracted hours will be 3 7.5 per week, Monday to Friday, however, flexibility will be to meet the needs of the business. Hybrid working will apply, with an expectation of working a minimum of 2 days a week from head office (Worksop ). Closing date: 5pm on Tuesday 7th October 2025 What do you need? A minimum of 2 years’ experience team leading within the client’s operating model in a utilities or broadband team. Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly relay information and support others through change. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities. Good organisational skills and attention to detail. Leadership and strong skills in specific HR-related areas to aid people development. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Openness to undertake training relevant to the role, including consulting, communication, and transformation methodologies. Willingness and ability to travel nationally and overseas as. 2 to 4 years’ experience in the relevant field/industry. Exposure to transformation programmes or change initiatives. Experience in training delivery or process documentation. Familiarity with digital tools and systems used in broadband or utilities operations. What will you be doing ? Support the Implementation Lead in delivering programme milestones and transformation goals. Coordinate and execute operational tasks aligned with the client’s operating model. Act as a key contact for team-level queries related to client processes, systems, and training. Assist in the rollout of new procedures, systems, and training materials. Monitor progress against implementation plans and escalate risks or issues appropriately. Facilitate team briefings, feedback sessions, and knowledge sharing to ensure alignment and engagement. Champion adoption of new processes and tools, encouraging best practice and continuous improvement. Provide hands-on support during system changes, training rollouts, and process transitions.
