Job Description
We are looking for a 3rd Line Support Engineer for an innovative company based in Kingston.
You will be providing ongoing customer support and assistance as part of the helpdesk, analyzing, diagnosing, and implementing solutions. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills (due to the busy helpdesk) and a strong interest in technology. Essential experience includes App, Cloud, and Data management, along with a degree in Computer Science or IT.
