What you’ll be doing Reporting to the Head of Talent and Development you’ll be involved in Shaping our global career framework so it really works for the business and supports people’s growth. Working with HR partners and experts to pull together useful, practical content for our People Manager toolkit. Looking at our talent and engagement tools and suggesting ways we can make them even better. Partnering with managers and specialists to spot where skills are missing and come up with smart solutions. Creating a global onboarding experience that feels welcoming and reflects who we are as a business. Digging into data and feedback to keep improving our talent and engagement programmes so they make a real difference. Talent Management – Things like career frameworks, succession planning and building capability Learning & Development – Designing learning paths and development programmes that support the business. What your impact and success looks like We expect your success and impact in the early stages of your career with us to look something like this: Within 1 month: Agreed the scope, project team, key stakeholders, and phased plan for the Global Onboarding Programme. Built an understanding of the needs across our different countries. Gathered insights on what employees want to help shape the ideal career path at Reapit. Within 3 months Created AI-powered skill self-assessment tools to make the user experience simple and intuitive. Worked with Talent Acquisition and Marketing colleagues to help build out the company careers site. Designed a career navigation page tailored for our Engineering team. Within 6 months: Expanded career navigation pages to cover more teams across the business. Developed an employee engagement toolkit to help Line Managers run effective action planning sessions. Set up KPIs and metrics to measure the impact of training and development initiatives. What’s in it for you?
