We are looking for somebody to join our Spa Reception team
16 hours per week with potential to cover extra shifts.
Thursday - 06:15-14:15
Sunday - 13:15 - 21:15
This is a highly customer service focused role and the ideal candidate will need the appropriate skills to be successful. We will provide training for however long is needed so ensure you feel comfortable on reception.
KEY OBJECTIVES
1. To deliver an efficient, friendly and consistently high quality service to all customers:
a) To greet customers in a friendly manner and with a smile.
b) To administer booking using computerised and manual systems.
c) To process all payments accurately.
d) To monitor admissions of unaccompanied children under the age of 8.
e) To administer course enrolments.
f) To administer the locker key and membership card system.
g) To carry out any administration work as necessary.
h) To operate the P.A. system.
i) To record and administer the lost property system.
j) To restrict access into the Reception area to authorised personnel only.
k) To ensure that the Reception area is kept tidy and presentable at all times.
l) To ensure that all communications, memos, diaries are read each day.
m) To ensure that the float management systems are followed.
n) To answer the telephone as per the 3D Leisure standard.
o) To handle all potential membership enquiries as per the 3D Leisure Standard.
p) To assist with any general clerical duties as requested.
q) To cash up till(s) as per the Club's procedures.
r) To attend staff meetings and provide input into ways of improving and developing the service.
s) To feedback any areas of concern to the Club Manager
Health & Safety: As a senior member of staff you are responsible for the safety and welfare of any staff under your direct control, and you must therefore have knowledge of the Company's Health & Safety Policy and relevant instructions to your area of work. Any matter which you consider requires attention in this respect is your responsibility to report following the correct procedures, or to the Health and Safety Manager. Copies of the current Health & Safety Policy and Safety Procedures are available in the Club.
