We are opening an exciting new concept showroom in Bridlington, combining the very best of our retail and trade offering in one unique environment. This new concept will allow us to support both retail customers and our Trade partners with market leading kitchen and bedroom designs, industry leading service, and world-class delivery.
We are looking for a General Manager who can lead the showroom to commercial and operational success while ensuring every customer—retail or trade—receives a world-class experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Be the driving force behind the showroom team, ensuring every customer—whether retail or trade—receives a world-class experience from first enquiry through to installation
Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a team of talented individuals, fostering high performance and engagement across both retail and trade operations
Drive sales performance to meet and exceed showroom targets, including trade account growth, repeat business, and customer retention
Play a pivotal role in the successful opening of the showroom, ensuring systems, processes, and standards are implemented effectively
Oversee the full customer journey, including home surveys, design delivery, order management, and installation for both retail and trade customers
Monitor and manage budgets, stock, and resources to maximise profitability and operational efficiency
In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.
About You
Desired Skills and Knowledge:
Significant experience in a big-ticket retail or trade environment with multi-million-pound targets
Proven sales-driven approach with a track record of delivering results
Strong leadership and coaching skills, passionate about developing high-performing teams
Committed to delivering exceptional customer service across both retail and trade
Comfortable working the majority of weekends and bank holidays
Excellent organisational and operational management skills
