Competitive salary Working hours Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays State of the art workspace Comprehensive company employee benefits scheme Duties and Responsibilities: Collaborating with account, technical, and creative teams to define and implement engaging customer journeys Creating wireframes, information architecture, customer journey maps, and beautifully crafted interfaces Designing and building digital prototypes with speed and precision Applying user-centred design principles to deliver experiences that meet both customer needs and business goals Supporting and contributing to client workshops and design sprints Presenting design concepts confidently to internal teams and clients Required Skills and Experience: Minimum of two years’ experience in a creative agency environment A diverse digital product design portfolio, demonstrating creativity, innovation, and measurable results Strong understanding of human-centred design thinking, methods, and techniques Excellent attention to detail and a natural ability to simplify complex design problems Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud Familiarity with AI prototyping tools Confident communicator with the ability to present ideas clearly Full UK driving licence
