Key Responsibilities of this role include:
* Supporting students with a range of SEN (e.g. ASD, ADHD, speech and language, or physical needs)
* Working 1:1 and in small groups to provide tailored support
* Collaborating with teachers, therapists and SENCOs
* Helping to create a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment
What we're looking for:
* Eligibility to work in UK
* Enhanced DBS or willing to get new on
* Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
* A calm, nurturing and proactive approach
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A real passion for helping children reach their full potential
