One to One Personnel is proud to partner with a leading name in the industry and are currently seeking an experienced administrator/office coordinator who ideally has previous experience working with a fashion brand. You must be highly experienced, organised and detail oriented.
To be considered you must have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the fashion retail/wholesale industry.
Role and Responsibilities
* Overall management of the design development office
* General office administration including ordering stationery and photocopy paper, OHL boxes, Tesco shop, and managing couriers
* Management of brand compliance systems
* Upload Jpegs to the BC system, monitor approvals/disapprovals, and inform the relevant product developer
* Liaise with India on brand comply information
* Liaise with operations relating to orders and the upload of designs to the BC for approval
* Send out products to relevant country suppliers or buyers
* Receive parcels and distribute contents to the relevant person
* Collate relevant paperwork into files for the accounts department
* Liaise with cleaning contractors on office hygiene
* Aid product teams in hanging and preparing samples for customer meetings
* Manage and organise stock rotation in rolling racks and keep records of storage
* Assist the product team with seasonal garment rotation in showrooms
* Organise the stationery shelves
* Box products for sample sales and send them to required destinations
* Aid product developers’ box and categorize collections not on rails
* Flatten and dispose of cartons and dismantle unused rails to keep the front of the office tidy
* Liaise with Unit 1 collection couriers
* Provide support to all members of the design and product team
