Senior Sous Chef – Fried Chicken Pop-Up & Sunday Roasts
We're the second site of an already established food popup serving some of the best fried chicken around – and we're about to launch our take on the ultimate Sunday roast. We're looking for a Senior Sous Chef to join our small but ambitious team and help take things to the next level.
What you'll be doing:
* Running busy services from prep through to close
* Leading the kitchen team with confidence and calm under pressure
* Ensuring consistency, quality and speed across every plate
* Supporting with menu development and the launch of our Sunday roast offering
* Maintaining high standards of hygiene, organisation and food safety
What we're looking for:
* Solid kitchen experience (street food, restaurants, pubs – we're open, as long as you can cook and lead)
* Someone confident running a service and keeping things moving smoothly
* A strong work ethic, attention to detail and a genuine passion for great food
* Availability to work Thursday–Saturday nights and Sundays for roast service
* A team player who's also comfortable taking charge when needed
What we offer:
* £29,120 pro rata
* A 40 hour contract over a 4 day week
