Senior Account Executive – Investment Suite (UK Sales)
We are seeking a driven, intelligent, and proactive Senior Account Executive to join our UK Sales team and spearhead the growth of our Investment Suite. This is a foundational hire: you will be the first in this role, with the unique opportunity to shape our go-to-market approach and position yourself to lead the team as it expands.

What You will Be Doing
* Drive the full sales cycle for Yardi’s Investment Suite—including Investment Manager, Investment Accounting, Debt Manager, Acquisition Manager, and related solutions—delivering measurable value to investment management firms.
* Engage and influence senior decision-makers across investment managers, private equity firms, and asset managers, building long-term, trusted relationships.
* Lead strategic conversations to uncover client needs and position Yardi’s suite as the platform of choice for efficiency, transparency, and ROI in investment operations.
* Run executive-level meetings and product demonstrations with clarity and confidence, aligning solutions to client priorities.
* Partner cross-functionally with pre-sales, onboarding, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client journey from first contact through adoption.
* Maintain precision in pipeline management, activity tracking, and forecasting through CRM best practices.
* Stay ahead of innovation, mastering Yardi’s rapidly expanding product portfolio—particularly new AI and data analytics capabilities—and completing required certifications.
* Represent Yardi as a thought leader at industry events, conferences, and client engagements, both virtually and in person.
What You Bring
* 5+ years of success in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven consultative, solution-selling approach.
* A track record of new business acquisition and direct engagement with senior investment management stakeholders.
* Deep expertise in the sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to proposals, demonstrations, and contract negotiation.
* Proven ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations, ideally within investment management technology.
* CRM proficiency with consistent accuracy in pipeline management and client engagement.
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, combined with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset and strong sense of ownership.
* Flexibility to travel up to 50% and work from our London office as required.
Bonus Points For
* Experience in commercial real estate investment, property management, fund accounting, or PropTech.
* Familiarity with ERP or investment management SaaS platforms and real estate fund administration processes.
* Understanding of accounting principles and financial operations, with experience selling to CFOs or finance executives.
* Demonstrated success in both new client acquisition and account growth.
* Working proficiency in French and/or German.
