TiptonWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Laser Programmer to join our team on a permanent, day-shift basis at a fantastic Tipton facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled programmer to work in a stable, growing manufacturing environment.
The Role:
Programming and operating laser cutting machinery
Producing programs from engineering drawings
Optimising cutting paths to reduce waste and improve efficiency
Working closely with production and engineering teams
Ensuring quality standards and health & safety procedures are followed
The Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience as a Laser Programmer (metal processing preferred)
Confident reading and interpreting engineering drawings
Experience with nesting and programming software
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
