Job Description
Robert Half Technology are currently recruiting for a DevOps Specialist for a short-term engagement focused on advisory, training, and documentation related to CI/CD pipeline setup in Azure. This role is part of a broader initiative to improve the development and deployment workflows through automation and best practices.
Project Scope:
* Review current DevOps practices and infrastructure
* Design and document CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or related Azure-native tooling
* Provide hands-on training and knowledge transfer to internal teams
* Deliver clear, maintainable documentation and recommendations for ongoing DevOps maturity
Key Technical Requirements:
* Proven experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines in Azure
* Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git, and deployment automation
* Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code approaches (e.g., ARM, Bicep, Terraform) is beneficial but not essential
Key Soft Skills:
* Strong communication and documentation skills
* Ability to train and mentor development and operations teams
* Comfortable working in an advisory capacity with a focus on enablement and sustainability
This is a consultative role, ideal for a senior DevOps engineer or architect with a passion for enabling teams and embedding best practices.
