As part of its growth strategy, the firm is looking to expand its Corporate Team and is seeking talented solicitors across experience levels—from newly qualified through to experienced (10 PQE). Key Responsibilities
* Advising clients on corporate and commercial transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, and corporate reorganisations.
* Drafting and negotiating contracts and corporate documentation.
* Supporting clients through all stages of deals, from due diligence to completion.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
