We are looking for a passionate and experienced Social Worker to join our Tendring Neighbourhood team. The team operates across Tendring, forming part of a Neighbourhood approach linking closely with our partners in health, housing, and the voluntary sector. The team works with Adults aged 18 and above across all specialisms, undertaking duties under the Care Act 2014 such as assessments, reviews, mental capacity assessments, and adult safeguarding.

We are seeking a Social Worker registered with Social Work England who has completed their ASYE, combining creative thought, reliability, and practical ability. You should have a broad understanding of statutory responsibilities and a commitment to a person-centred approach. Experience in chairing meetings and developing strong relationships with partner agencies and the local community is desirable. A driving license and access to a vehicle, or the ability to meet mobility requirements through other means, are essential.

This is a part-time role, working 18.5 hours over 2.5 days per week, with a pro-rata salary range of £18,592.50 to £25,040.50 per annum.
