What You'll Do:
Manage online referrals with prompt response timesProvide short-term, solution-focused counselling (3-12 sessions)Connect with diverse clients facing varied workplace and personal challengesMaintain comprehensive case documentation and feedbackCollaborate with our Provider Services team on risk management
Essential Requirements :
Accreditation: BACP/UKCP/COSCA/BPS/NCS/BABCP or equivalentAlternative: Diploma-level qualification + 3 years post-qualification experience + 450+ counselling hoursApproach: Experience in short-term, solution-focused therapeutic modelsSupervision: Regular professional clinical supervision arrangements should be in placeInsurance: Professional indemnity (minimum £1,000,000)Compliance: ICO registration as Data Controller

Previous EAP experience preferred but not essentialAssessment and support planning expertiseShort-term counselling interventions with workplace focusUnderstanding of organizational dynamics and work-life challengesKnowledge of local therapeutic resources and referral pathwaysIT proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, online systems)
