About the Role: As a Sports Coach, you will be responsible for delivering engaging sports activities, supporting PE lessons, and promoting physical well-being across the school. You will work closely with teachers and staff to encourage participation, build confidence, and support students’ physical and social development. Responsibilities: • Deliver structured sports sessions and physical activities aligned with the school curriculum. • Support PE lessons and extracurricular sports clubs. • Encourage teamwork, discipline, and positive behaviour through sport. • Adapt activities to meet the needs and abilities of all students. • Promote physical fitness, well-being, and a healthy lifestyle. • Work collaboratively with teaching staff to support student development. Qualifications: • Previous experience as a Sports Coach, PE Coach, or in a similar role is preferred. • Relevant coaching qualifications or a strong sporting background. • Ability to engage, motivate, and inspire young people. • Strong communication and organisational skills. • A positive, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to working with students.
