Business Development Manager – Scotland

As a Business Development Manager for Scotland, you’ll work directly with clients, driving business growth while maintaining the company’s strong brand and reputation. You’ll use your expertise and strategic thinking to achieve targets, develop new and existing customers, and expand our installer network. A minimum of 3 years of experience in the building industry is required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies to achieve company sales targets.
* Grow and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
* Deliver engaging presentations and support demo days.
* Expand the approved residential installer network across multiple roofing technologies, including GRP & PU liquids, PVC Single Ply Membranes, and RBM Reinforced Bituminous Membranes.
* Analyse market trends and competitor activity to maintain market share.
* Represent the company professionally, upholding its strong brand image and reputation.
Qualifications
Skills & Competencies:
✔ Strong sales and negotiation skills
✔ Customer-focused with excellent communication abilities
✔ Knowledge of roofing products and industry trends
✔ Confident presenter with engaging delivery skills
✔ Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse competition
✔ IT literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with experience using CRM systems
