We are delighted to be working with a fast-growing, independent finance arrangement service provider based in Milton Keynes to help them find a Business Support Administrator. The Business Support Administrator is a vital part of keeping business operations running smoothly and providing daily support to the Account Management and Sales Leadership Team. Working closely across all business areas, you will ensure the smooth completion of deals by; maintaining accurate customer records, preparing financial documents, liaising with internal underwriters, suppliers, customers, and lenders. Key job role Ensure efficient, high quality, error free processing of proposals/applications Progress, chase and follow-up all accepted proposals in order to secure business Liaising with customers, suppliers and lenders on the telephone, and re-directing inbound calls Requesting documentation and information from external parties Raising and issuing financial documents Ensure comprehensive, up-to-date customer account records are maintained Experience / skill set Excellent verbal and written communication Confident at liaising with people at all levels Accurate and timely provider of information Team player Excellent IT skills, Microsoft office and CRMs Previous experience working to support business finance solutions What you'll get in return A competitive s alary of £28,000-£30,000 (with experience in the Broker/Asset Finance market) Based in MK office 5 days a week (no hybrid) A great, supportive working environment and package
