Description
This Interim Governance Consultant will:
* Provide governance support to the C-suite, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
* Assist in the preparation and distribution of board meeting materials, including agendas and minutes.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate effective decision-making processes.

Profile
A successful Interim governance Consultant professional should have:
* 2+ years experience in governance or a related field within the not-for-profit sector ideally within a housing association.
* Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
* Be part, full or working towards CGI qualification.
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
* Proficiency in preparing professional reports and documentation.
* Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
