We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Play Therapist Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in the Cranford area of Hounslow.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with experience supporting children with social, emotional, and mental health needs through therapeutic approaches.
Essential Requirements:
* Experience working with children in a school or therapeutic setting
* Strong understanding of child development and emotional wellbeingTW4 6LB
* Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
* Passion for supporting children with additional needs
Highly Desirable Experience:
* Lego Therapy
* ELSA (Emotional Literacy Support Assistant)
* Sand Tray Therapy
* Puppetry
* Expressive Arts
* Music-Based Interventions
* Clay Play Therapy
The successful candidate will work closely with pupils requiring additional emotional and behavioural support, helping them engage positively in school life and achieve their full potential.
