We are seeking an Asset Control Coordinator to oversee stock accuracy and site efficiency. You will work closely with production, transport, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations, reduce waste, and deliver the right products at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily stock control, maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve stock and customer issues promptly
* Analyse and track stock performance using inventory and planning systems
* Identify opportunities to improve compliance, efficiency, and reduce waste
* Provide planning and reporting support to ensure product availability
* Coordinate special gas operations while adhering to safety and quality standards
Qualifications and Skills
* Strong organisational and analytical skills with a proactive approach
* Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office to manage and interpret data
* Excellent communication skills across all levels and departments
* Knowledge of gas cylinder handling and safety regulations (or willingness to learn)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
